Biography from AskART:
| From the East Coast, Stanley Zielinski joined the faculty of the University of Alaska in the 1960s and has been a frequent award winner of statewide exhibitions.
He was born in New Jersey and trained in ceramics at Alfred University in New York. He taught for twelve years at the State University of New York College at Buffalo and moved to Fairbanks in 1966, where he has exhibited widely and was included in the contemporary Art from Alaska exhibition at the Smithsonian in 1978. |
