Marion Parkhurst Sloane Webber Waitt (Mrs. George) was an art critic and landscape painter who was born in 1876 in Salem, MA and died in 1954 in Gloucester, MA.
Living most of her professional life in and around Boston after 1897, she studied at Boston’s Museum School under T. Juglaris, Gallison and Louis Kronberg, kept a studio at the Fenway Studios on Ipswich Street and was a member of the Guild of Boston Artists, the Allied Artists (showing 500 of 1265 characters). |
