Biography from AskART:
| She married Thomas Parrish, a fellow artist, in Philadelphia, and the couple then opened a studio in Colorado Springs about 1889. She earned a reputation for her portrait painting, and most of them are dated between 1880 and 1900.
She also exhibited etchings, but none of them appear to have survived. She stayed in Colorado for some time after her husband died in 1890, but eventually returned to Philadelphia.
