Margaret Owen Mellott

Fort Worth artist, Margaret Owen Mellott attained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1946. She studied under Yashuo Kuniyoshi and Robert Beverly Hale at the Arts Student League of New York in New York City and subsequently undertook graduate studies at Colorado Springs-Fine Arts Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mellott continued refining her technique with summer studies in 1972 and 1974 at (showing 500 of 5369 characters). |
