Biography from AskART:
Born in Austria on Nov. 1, 1898. Manheim was a resident of San Francisco in 1930 and then moved to Santa Cruz, CA. He left Santa Cruz in 1934 and settled in Nyack, NY. He died on June 26, 1989. Exh: Santa Cruz Art League, 1929; Calif. Statewide (Santa Cruz), 1931; Oakland Art Gallery, 1932.
