| | Born in Campbelltown, New South Wales, Australia on Sept. 4, 1890. Lalor sailed to Oakland in 1906. He spent many years in NYC painting theater scenery before returning to California. After marrying, he settled on a ranch near Santa Cruz where he remained until his death on June 28, 1965. Primarily a watercolorist, his work includes coastal scenes and landscapes of the area around Santa Cruz. | Source:
