Print artist Evan Lindquist has lived in Jonesboro, Arkansas, since 1963 where, from that time, he has been Professor of Art at Arkansas State University. His creative work explores the medium of burnt engraving for intaglio printing. Other printmaking media include etching, drypoint woodcut, and wood engraving.
He was named Outstanding Faculty Member at ASU and made first chairman of the President's Fellows. His teaching includes courses in Printmaking, Drawing, Honors courses, and othe (showing 500 of 1706 characters). |
