Biography from AskART:

Craig Lesser grew up in Houston, Texas and studied art at the University of Houston. His work was included in the 1985 "Fresh Paint" show at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and he was represented by Meredith Long Galleries. His painting style could be called a combination of abstract and figurative images. He liked bright colorsand mixed media (watercolor, oil crayons, markers, wax crayons). He said "Art releases us from what we know and offers us the next breath of our spiritual life."
