P.A. Jones has been painting since she was five years old. When
she was eleven, one of her paintings was used on the cover of the
Laguna Arts Festival Children's Division Program in California.
This very early success and recognition provided the impetus for her
lifelong dedication to art.
She was born in Manhattan Beach,
California, and was raised in a tumultous, often moved household by a
devoutly religious mother and an engineer father who was highly
