| | Born in North Dakota on August 30, 1895. By 1925 Mrs. Frakes was a skilled painter. She traveled the world and was in the Women's Army Core during WWII. Although Frakes became a Mormon in her 50's and traveled the US in search of her ancestry, she was a free spirit especially in the 20's.
